Of the 155 PA39's that were manufactured between 1970 and 1972 at the Piper plant in Lockhaven, PA, only a handful of these late model Twin Comanches exist and only 13 were built after N8976Y. The airplane has been lovingly maintained, constantly upgraded and hangared for by its current owner with multiple modifications.
