Summary

We are proud to represent N8971Y, a rare, late model, no damage history Piper PA-39 Turbo Twin Comanche C/R that we purchased for its current owner. The airplane is equipped with turbocharged, counter-rotating Lycoming IO/LIO-320-C1A, 1,800 TBO, 160HP engines. Of the 155 PA-39's that were manufactured between 1970 and 1972 at the Piper plant in Lock Haven, PA, this is serial number 39-134 and only a handful of these airplanes were factory-built with manual wastegate Rajay turbos. The airplane has been lovingly maintained and is for sale due to the recent death of it's current owner. This aircraft is available to Aircraft Associates' contract clients only with an executed Aircraft Acquisition Agreement. Contact us for more information.
